At Optimate Financial Solutions, we believe that the primary role of the employee benefits consultant is that of a strategic advisor to assist the client organisation in the formulation of its employee benefits strategies; the integration thereof in the broader remuneration and rewards strategies; and as partner in the co-ordination and implementation of these strategies to employees.
As such, the consulting role can be broken down into 6 main components:
Regarding ourselves as business partners of our clients and given our deep-rooted desire to problem solve, we often provide support or add value in other areas, which may fall outside of the scope of our appointed consulting services. Where we may uncover a particular need of our clients’ or a problem they are experiencing we would assist in fulfilling that need or solving that problem.
